Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship within the United States.

How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $5 for Economy shipping which will arrive between 4-8 days from the day it's shipped.

We charge a flat rate of $20 for Expedited shipping which will arrive between 1-3 days from the day it's shipped.

When will I get my order?
Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (oftentimes within 24 hours!). However, please allow additional time when there is a holiday.

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA and delivery time can range from 4-8 business days once shipped (if Economy shipping is selected).

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, once your order is packed, you will receive an email notification with tracking information so you can stay up to date on when your goods will arrive.

Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. box addresses at this time.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase each and every time. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply send an email to orders@v20clothing.com and let us know what went wrong.

If we sent an incorrect product or the item is defective, we will gladly issue a refund. Otherwise, we will be happy to process an exchange and cover the cost.
